Board of Directors

Steve Kelly, CEO
Mr. Kelly is an entrepreneur specializing in new technologies in high growth environments that have enjoyed cumulative exits approaching $4 billion. Mr. Kelly is a Co-Founder and Chairman of Myomo, Inc. (NeuroRobotics) and is also a Co-Founder and Chairman of Arch Therapeutics Solutions (Nano-Hemostasis). Previously, Mr. Kelly has been interim CEO of DataPower Technology (IBM), an entrepreneur-in-residence at Venrock Associates, Founder and EVP of Castle Networks (Siemens), head of product management at Cascade Communications (Lucent) and a leader in computer networking at Digital Equipment. Mr. Kelley's experience includes company formation and build-out, strategic marketing and product definition, sales and services. Mr. Kelly has built and managed both product and professional service businesses targeted at enterprise, service provider and healthcare customers. In addition to his current roles, Mr. Kelly is an active advisor at MIT for the Deshpande Center for Technological Innovation and Venture Mentoring Service.

Henry Kay, Board Member
Mr. Kay is a former Group Vice President of New Market Development / Strategic Planning, Endosurgery Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC). Mr. Kay joined BSC in April 1996 as VP International Marketing for Medi-tech and Meadox. He has 35 years of experience in the medical industry in roles which include R&D, International Regulatory Affairs, Strategic Planning of major pharmaceutical companies, including Schering-Plough and American Home Products. Prior to joining BSC, Mr. Kay was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Allergan and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK). Mr. Kay has recently joined the Research Advisory Committee of the Board of Directors of Beth Israel-Deaconess Hospital, Boston, MA. Mr. Kay has also served as a board member of the International Society of Endovascular Specialists (ISES) and the Global Advisory Board of Thunderbird, American Graduate School of Management.
